LEGO Horizon Adventures Reveals Digital Deluxe Content and Pre-Order Bonuses
PlayStation has revealed the Digital Deluxe edition and pre-order bonuses for LEGO Horizon Adventures, as well as its release date. Players who pre-order LEGO Horizon Adventures will get one of Horizon Zero Dawn‘s best outfits as an early unlock, whereas those who spring for the pricier Digital Deluxe version can expect lots of bonus content.
Co-developed by Guerrilla Games and Studio Gobo, LEGO Horizon Adventures is a whimsical and light-hearted rendition of the series’ first entry, 2017’s Horizon Zero Dawn. LEGO Horizon Adventures is touted as a reimagination of Zero Dawn‘s world, protagonist Aloy, supporting characters, and the games’ towering Machines in the style of vibrant LEGO figures. Aside from some consternation over LEGO Horizon Adventures releasing on Switch alongside PS5 and PC, many Horizon fans are excited about the upcoming game.

Guerrilla took the stage during PlayStation’s latest September 2024 State of Play livestream and dropped a lot of new information about LEGO Horizon Adventures, chiefly regarding the game’s various editions, bonuses, and release date. The brand-new LEGO Horizon Adventures trailer shows off Digital Deluxe perks like roller coaster customization, three “iconic” Horizon outfits, and interestingly, outfits themed after other family-friendly PlayStation characters like Ratchet, Rivet, and Sackboy.

The Digital Deluxe perks are compelling, but that’s not all, as players who pre-order any edition of LEGO Horizon Adventures will receive the Shield-Weaver outfit as a pre-order bonus. The Shield-Weaver outfit can be unlocked in Horizon Zero Dawn after finding all five Power Cells and is widely regarded as one of the best armors in the game thanks to the protective barrier it envelops Aloy in. Pre-orders for LEGO Horizon Adventures will go live on October 3, and the game itself is confirmed to launch on November 14.
Horizon fans have a lot to look forward to over the coming months, as the September State of Play also confirmed that the long-rumored remaster of Horizon Zero Dawn will release on October 31. Between this and LEGO Horizon Adventures, those who enjoyed the very first Horizon game can relive it in two very different ways later this year.
